May I heartily commend this excellent (though a little long!), practical and fascinating article on how you can develop that elusive quality, ‘presence’. There are some helpful tips and ideas. For example, the article explores the fundamental impact of posture. It indicates a large research study into what makes people buy from salespeople. It come up with the astounding conclusion that how the salesperson walks is a deciding factor!
