The Four Stages Of Influence Leadership?

I’m writing a book on these Four Stages which describe how a leader influences themselves and others to win agreement and win business. It’s progressing slowly since I have so many things that sit in the Urgent and Important column of Stephen Covey’s Important/Urgent Matrix of Time Management (have a look at this blog http://gatorworks.net/blog/2008/10/taking-time-out-for-some-quadrant-ii/) and the book sits in the Non-Urgent and Important one. It’s working title so far is, “Winning Attention: Developing An Influential Personal Brand”.

I’ve identified Four core qualities “The Four Stages Of Influence Leadership” that make for an outstanding and influential leader: –

  1. Cast-iron Self Confidence
  2. Management of Unconscious Behaviour and Communication
  3. Accurate Ability to Read and Know What Others Are Thinking
  4. Management of Self Promotion

These are the foundation stones on which a leader of influence can build their success.
